Robin Monroe
President / Co-Founder
Robin is Jared’s mother and has dedicated her life to helping others. She created The Jared Monroe Foundation in August of 2017 to help continue Jared’s legacy of wanting to save lives. Robin attended Phillips Institute in North Hollywood, CA, where she received her masters in Marriage Family Therapy. Over the past thirty years, she has worked as a social worker working with abused children, rape survivors, drug addicts, foster parents, and families with disabled children. Her passions lies in providing help and guidance to underserved communities.
Harlie Monroe
Vice President / Co-Founder
Harlie, Jared’s sister is one of the Founders of The Jared Monroe Foundation. Harlie serves as Vice President and Treasurer along with planning all events hosted by The Jared Monroe Foundation. Harlie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Arizona State University in 2020 and a Masters in Nursing at Columbia University 2023. She is currently working at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her passions lies in serving the community of college students around the nation who struggle with mental illness. Her goals are to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner so she can continue her work to one day provide access to mental health care for college students through the Foundation.
May Kubo
Secretary
May Kubo serves as the Secretary of The Jared Monroe Foundation. May joined the Board of Directors December 2020. May has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from California State University San Marcos. She is currently working as a ABA therapist working with children on the Autism Spectrum. She will be pursuing her Masters in Clinical Counselling. She is passionate not only help inform others and raise awareness on mental illness, but to also keep Jared’s spirit alive.
Brooke Monroe
Treasurer
Brooke, Jared’s youngest sister serves as the Treasurer of The Jared Monroe Foundation. She is currently serving in the United States Navy. She has always been a true champion for the underdog making sure no one is left behind. She is dedicated to help keep Jared saving others.
